EXCLUSIVE SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM GUIDELINES

A sponsor is an individual, business or group that wishes to become the exclusive advertiser on a community Indy Cartoon Map location(s) currently available on Indy Cartoon Maps. Co-sponsors are also acceptable.

A sponsor opts to select only those local merchants that he/she wants displayed on the map, i.e. no competitors.

As an exclusive sponsor, you will receive our Titanium package totally free valued at $2,495.

As an exclusive sponsor, you are required to refer, at minimum, 50 registered advertisers for your community map. 50 advertisers referred by you X $50 offsets the $2,500 titanium program fee.

If the sponsor fails to achieve 50 advertisers by the deadline date, the sponsor is obligated to pay a $50 shortfall. Example: Only 45 referrals, sponsor agrees to pay 5 x $50 or $250.

A referral is an appointment you arrange between a Indy Cartoon Maps representative and your prospective business merchant that registers.

GEOGRAPHIC AREA – Define your geographic community map area

QUANTITY – Determine number of advertisers (Goal)

TIMELINE – Determine deadline date. This date is critical. This is when final preparations for completion of map production are essential for the home office.

Typical advertisers may include any retail, service, professional, contractor, restaurant, automotive sales/repair, beauty, insurance, financial, real estate, and so on. The advertiser does not have to have a physical location in the community such as “Stanley Steemer”®. Their ad can be on a van on a road, a blimp, an airplane, etc.

Map production begins when 28 advertisers are achieved. This allows for the map production staff to design the map consistent with continued advertiser sign ups and to mutually meet the deadline date.

Fundraising begins when 50 merchants are signed up. 51 and beyond, the sponsor continues to receive a $50 credit for every business that joins the map.

Map design is earned by the sponsor to include general map layout, front cover theme and any inclusions on the map such as points of interest, calendars and the like.
